A delicate lemon sponge, with lemon buttercream & lemon curd. A well-balanced citrus cake – rich & smooth, full of zesty flavour.

Each cake will comprise of 4 layers of lemon sponge, with lemon buttercream & lemon curd filling. Cake will be coated in buttercream and decorated as per image with piped buttercream and macarons. Cakes will be supplied on a plain white cake board and in a suitable storage box.

Not a huge fan of too much buttercream, opt for a ganache coating instead!

NOTE: Buttercream cakes require refrigeration until serving. Ganached cakes will be set at ambient room temperature.

Some food colourings may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Valkyrie Cakes uses these colourings in extremely small measures.
Full instructions will be given at handover.

Cakes should be stored in their box in the fridge until 1hr before serving. Once cut, cover any exposed sponge with clingfilm to avoid drying out.

Ganache coated cakes are set at ambient room temperature, so do not require refrigeration.

Cake should be consumed within 3-5 days from collection. Cake can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
